FyneArt.com have now integrated with paypal, is this big news……….Yes!!
Why i hear you ask…….well because it was so easy to do. It does take time but its well worth putting in the hours, im new to html and my mind was in turmoil trying to figure out how to get FyneArt.com up and running smoothly with a payment system integrated into the site, and most importantly for free.
One of the most important links you will ever find to help you do the job is called the button factory and is available from powersellerunite.com,here you can make your buttons ready for paypal payment, alternatively paypal has its own button maker.
Its easy when you know how and heres how.
First make yourself a table on your web page that will hold all your prices. Rememember you will need an extra column in your table at each point where you need a paypal button.
Next using a simple ‘wisiwig’ text code editor, you probably got one free with your web host but if not you can pick one up for free just google it. Enter in the exact place you want your button a string of Z’s just like this ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ it might sound mad but when you look at your web page in a text editor you will spot the Z’s very easily.
Now the clever bit – make your paypal button at the link shown earlier in the article, select the html code for you button and copy it, then go back to your html text editor and find those Z’s, now replace the Z’s by pasting over the button code and hey presto, go check your site and the paypal button is in the place you intended, just repeat this for every button you need and your done, dont forget to add the ‘view cart’ button at the end.
It works, its free, what more do you want – brilliant.
Check out what FyneArt.com achieved in only 6 hours, yes i know that is long time and if i was to do it again i could now do it in half that so just think how much time im saving you. have a look at my ‘price’ page, there is a link at the top of each page.
While you are there, check out our beautiful photo to paintings or our photo to canvas procucts, you will be impressed.
I dont pretend that i figured this system out for myself but happened across it by accident on the web while trying to find away to sell my photo to painting and photo to canvas products, full credit must go to ‘gossamerthreads.magnify.net where a very helpful video is available, the file name for which is R1VQ4WJLJNHB5L1Z
And Please if you find this article useful, rate and comment on it, thanks for your time
A brief overview of the company is:
fyneart.com produces quality work, focusing on photo to paintings, and photo to canvas, the artist (James Martin, thats me) who lives and paints in Argyll, Scotland on the shores of Lcoh Fyne producing amazing portraits, on the site you can see detailed examples of photographs turned into paintings, an excellent gift for a bride or new mother or to anyone for that matter who wants a family portrait to hang in there home without breaking the bank to do so.
I has been painting for over 25 years and have sold paintings to many satisfied customers from as far a field as Hong Kong, Italy and more recently in Germany, although I now prefer to focus on portraits, I am equally at home painting landscapes and seascapes.
A very worthy note is that I James Martin do not use photoshop to produce these lovely digital paintings but instead uses state of the art digital canvas and brushes to produce each painting over a 10 to 15 hour period, a true work of art and the perfect gift.
